In 2007, we started “Pay It Forward Day” to make a real difference in our community. On this special day, we team up with general dentists to offer oral surgery at a reduced or waived cost for patients who qualify and wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford the care they need.
“Pay It Forward Day” is our way of giving back and ensuring everyone has access to the dental care they need to live a healthy life. Our Warm Coat Drive is an annual event focused on helping people stay warm and cozy during the chilly months. We collect gently used or new coats from our Walnut Creek, CA, and surrounding communities so we can give them to those who might otherwise go without them.
Our Warm Coat Drives are always such a heartwarming success! We far surpassed our goal of collecting 100 coats; thanks to the generosity of our community, we gathered 350 coats, along with cash donations, to help those in need. This event is such a simple way to come together and make a big difference, and we’re so grateful for the incredible support of our community! Toys for Tots is a fantastic event that helps bring excitement and cheer to children during the holiday season. Every year, our Ali Alijanian, DDS team collects new, unwrapped toys to donate to children who might not receive any gifts. These toys are then given to families through local organizations, ensuring every child gets something special.

Every year, we partner with Grace Bible Fellowship Church for their Holy Eve Community Carnival— a fun and safe Halloween event for kids. We help by donating funds to support the carnival’s advertising so even more families can join in on the fun!

In 2009, we collaborated with Contra Costa Health Services Health Care for the Homeless to make a positive difference in the lives of those in need. We helped restore the oral health and dignity of those experiencing homelessness, significantly impacting their overall well-being.

Attendees were invited to donate any amount, with Dr. Alijanian matching each contribution, in exchange for the opportunity to earn CE units and hear from him on various topics, including his expertise in the All-on-4® Treatment and hard and soft tissue management.
The event was a success, raising several thousand dollars to support the foundation’s mission and helping underserved communities and dental students work hard to achieve their dreams. We believe in making a difference in our patients lives and in our community. Ali Alijanian DDS and Centurion Dental Practi(CE)nter partnered with our local Walnut Creek Trinity Center to provide life changing AOX procedures to a selected number of their residents. We will follow their health and oral progress for up to a year or longer and while providing them complimentary oral care.

It’s a reminder that everyone deserves the chance to smile with pride and live life to the fullest. Let’s continue to support and expand these essential services to ensure that no one is left behind in the pursuit of a healthier, happier life.
