Dr. Ali Alijanian is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with 24 years of dedicated experience in the field. He is deeply committed to providing exceptional care to his patients and contributing positively to the community. With the passion for education and collaboration, he founded The Partnership Study Club which is celebrating its 20th year anniversary (started in 2003) consisting of a group of 40 local dentists in pursuit of excellence in dentistry. In addition, he is the founder of the Centurion Dental Practi(CE)nter, which focuses on advancing implant treatment through innovative training programs.
Beyond his professional pursuits Dr Ali Alijanian is an avid lover of the outdoors he enjoys skiing, cycling, swimming, scuba diving and embarking on exciting road trips and camping adventures. These experiences are made even more special when shared with is loving family and their loyal dog, Marley.

In 2008, we launched our first charity lecture for the California Dental Association Foundation to raise funds for their flagship programs, CDA Cares and the Student Loan Repayment grant. Attendees were invited to donate any amount, with Dr. Alijanian matching each contribution, in exchange for the opportunity to earn CE units and hear from him on various topics, including his expertise in the All-on-4® Treatment and hard and soft tissue management.
The event was a success, raising several thousand dollars to support the foundation’s mission and helping underserved communities and dental students work hard to achieve their dreams. It’s been such a rewarding experience to see the positive impact of this event, and we’re proud to continue supporting those in need through the CDA Foundation.
